What Is The Environment Like?

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

About Your Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule, relax and prepare for your treatment. Due to the vital timing of appointments, please be advised that your service will be condensed should lateness occur.

How many visits will I need?

The number of treatments will vary depending on the problem and individual. After a thorough assessment, the physiotherapist will discuss their treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.

What should I wear to my appointment?

If we are treating your feet you will not be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you will be so comfortable and modest underwear or even a pair of shorts is appropriate.

Special Considerations?

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, and pregnancy. Consumption of alcohol or drugs/narcotics before, during or directly after treatments is not recommended and treatment will not take place and will have to be reschedule

Do I have to be referred by a doctor?

No, physiotherapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. However most health insurers require a doctors referral before they authorise cover of fees, some only require a phone call.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. Refunds and exchanges are available on discretion of Management. We welcome clients that are referred by a physician. Receipts are available for insurance purposes for Massage Therapy treatments and hydrotherapy.

Reflexology at Reflexology Fertility Wellness is proud to have 20 physical and occupational therapists on staff who have obtained and achieved advanced certifications in orthopedics, sports, hand therapy, manual therapy, and pedorthics.

We will check with your health insurance provide to determine if outpatient physical therapy services are covered under your plan. We recommend that you confirm  your insurance coverage.

Depending on the details, all or part of your treatment fees may be reimbursed by your Extended Health Care plan, . If your Extended Health Care plan does not provide coverage you may still be entitled to reimbursement through a spouse’s plan or a parent’s plan. We are happy to call on your behalf to determine what your eligibility is for Registered Massage Therapy or Acupuncture.

Our staff will do their very best to help you, but it should be noted that there are some Insurance companies that will not release any information to anyone other than the plan member. Should this be the case, we will be happy to direct you through the process. Many insurance companies still require a Doctor’s referral to process your expense claim. Please clarify through your HR department or your Insurance Provider what their requirements are. Feel free to ask our team to call on your behalf prior to the commencement of treatment in order to avoid any inconveniences to yourself. It should be noted that all deductibles and any non-covered portions of the treatment are the responsibility of the client .

We also provide treatment to clients who have suffered a Motor Vehicle accident. Our administrative staff is experienced and proficient at handling all involved paperwork and would be happy to provide you with assistance! Our clinical team is skilled at not only treating your injuries, but also in developing the appropriate treatment plans, communicating with adjudicators and completing Progress Reports. We are knowledgeable of the most up-to-date guidelines as defined by the “Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule” which states that: any person involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident must fully exhaust their personal Extended Health Insurance prior to billing the Motor Vehicle Insurance Company. We operate in accordance with these guidelines and will assist our clients through the process as well.

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled without 24 hours notice there is a cancellation fee of $30.
